Anand has been the legacy advisor to world-class organizations such as Google, Disney, Accenture, Airtel, ExonnMobile, Credit Suisse, Cisco Systems, Toshiba as well as elite family businesses like Reliance Jio, Hero Motocorp, Parle Agro (India), Aos, Inlaks etc. He has worked with government and public service bodies such as the International Association of Hostage Negotiators and the Restorative Justice Program in association with the Sheriff's Office in San Francisco.

As a success coach and an expert in mental and emotional fitness, Anand has worked with champions from all backgrounds including prominent sports personalities such as Jos Buttler, Marcus Stoinis and Ross Taylor, to name a few. He has been the official peak performance and mental conditioning expert for Indian Premier League teams across seasons such Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab.

In addition to working with the champions of today, Anand is on a mission to create champions of tomorrow. His vision is to inspire a generation of youth to be happy, confident and successful world changing leaders. He has advised the UK Government's Department of Public Policy during the riots and mentored Palestinian and Israeli Youth leaders to be ambassadors of peace. He has taken this vision to leading educational institutions such as Oberoi International School, Aditya Birla World School, the United World College, Harrow School and American School of Bombay through his Absolute Champions Camps. Anand has also been a regular guest speaker at Stanford University, Georgetown University and the Global Youth Leadership Summit in California. Anand has been training youth leaders so they can empower other youth and has now reached over 100,000 people from over 30 countries.
