LEADERSHIP
TEST
LET'S GET STARTED
This leadership test does not define who you are, but describes your core leadership style. Most of us have been trained to focus on our weaknesses and to improve them, but this test has been designed to focus on what your strengths are, so that you can bring those out and maximise them at the highest level in every area of your life.
The key of this test is not to just share knowledge about your leadership strength, but to take actions every day that optimise it. I myself have used this test to understand my leadership strength and to surround myself with a team that compliments it, so we can be the best version of ourselves. I use this in my own business and with every company I am working with across the globe. You can use this for your business, at your work, in your school/college or even in relationship or with your family.
